The Process

Step 1 – Finding the Perfect Property

I pinpointed Liverpool as the ideal investment location due to:

  • Low entry prices compared to London & Manchester
  • High rental demand from professionals & students
  • Strong yields & long-term capital growth potential

After filtering through multiple deals, I secured a property that fit Jeroen’s criteria, a below-market-value, high-yielding buy-to-let in a strong rental area.
